    There’s no single reason to start therapy, and your journey is uniquely yours. No matter where you are in the process, we’re here to support you.

  • In a first therapy session you can expect going over your intake form, discussion on confidentiality, discussing current symptoms and behaviors, exploring stressors. It might feel like a lot at first, but we are getting to know each other! Each session will vary, depending on what you need that day. But your therapist will continue to follow up on your goals with you.

  • Yes! We are currently only providing services via telehealth.

    Yes, we offer online therapy sessions in the state of California Telehealth and online therapy are conducted via HIPAA-compliant Google Meet, Zoom or through the therapy portal on Simple Practice . Your therapist will provide you with instructions about your online sessions prior to your first meeting.

  • We currently do not have a physical office space. But once we do we will update this FAQ!

  • We currently do not, and offer a lower cost out of pocket fee for those experiencing financial difficulties. We are located in other provider websites Rula and Grow therapy were we are able to take insurance. Please contact us if you would like to use those avenues as it will require permission from your insurance provider.


  • We are able to take payment through zelle, and the credit authorization through Simple practice that allows for HSA and FSA spending.
